US IMMIGRATION

Catherine Shannon is the newest addition to the Law Office of Rosanna Berardi, P.C.  A recent graduate of University at Buffalo School of Law, Ms. Shannon seeks to specialize in immigration law upon her admission to the New York State Bar. 

Ms. Shannon served as a volunteer judicial clerk for the U.S. Immigration Court located in Buffalo, New York, working closely with immigration judges drafting decisions and conducting extensive research regarding matters of removal/deportation and asylum. 

Her current duties at Rosanna Berardi, P.C. include researching litigation issues and preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and waivers.
