Ms. Miller has more than four years of experience as an immigration paralegal working first for a full service immigration law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina and more recently for Berardi Immigration Law.

While living in Russia, Ms. Miller gained valuable legal experience while attending law school and later, working as an attorney. She brings a unique international perspective to our practice.

Ms. Miller, who is fluent in English and Russian, developed an interest in U.S. immigration regulations when she relocated to the States in 2003. Ms. Miller entered the U.S. on a K-1 fiancee visa and experienced the ensuing adjustment of status, removal of conditions, and citizenship processes first hand.

Ms. Miller is adept at preparing and filing a wide range of petitions and applications with CIS and focuses on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions as well as family-based cases, working with both corporate and individual clients. Ms. Miller is also a Notary Public.
