| US IMMIGRATION SERVICES FOR CANADIANS |
Thursday, March 11th 2010 |
Each year hundreds of thousands of Canadians travel to the United
States for work, vacations, and shopping. Some believe
they are not subject to U.S. immigration law due to the friendly relationship
between the two countries. However, Canadians, like
other foreign nationals, are subject to U.S. immigration law and need
work permits, waivers, and green cards to enter the U.S.
Latest Changes: Commencing
January 23rd, 2007 citizens of the United States, Canada, Mexico,
and Bermuda will be required to present a passport to enter the United
States when arriving by air from any part of the Western Hemisphere...
Our office specializes in the preparation and submission of work permits for Canadian nationals. As a former Immigration Inspector, Ms. Berardi has a deep understanding of the issues that face Canadian clients. Ms. Berardi frequently counsels individuals and corporations with respect to working in the U.S. She also frequently appears at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo, New York to present in-person applications on behalf of Canadian clients.
